KONG is a well-known brand for its rubber dog toys with a hollow chamber that allows owners to load various treats within kong toys for dogs. The idea is that your puppy will have to try to get the food out, which will keep him or her engaged for at least a short period—and as puppy parents know, any quiet time is much appreciated!
If you have a dog, you’ve probably heard of KONG. The company is most known for its cult-favourite snowman-shaped rubber toy, which has tens of thousands of Amazon ratings.
The Classic KONG toy is hollow on the interior, allowing you to stuff it with food or goodies. It’s a terrific method to keep your pooch entertained for a few hours, and We used KONGs to keep our dogs entertained when they were puppies.

1. KONG Classic Toy
As previously said, this is the dog toy that sparked our interest in the KONG brand. It has a strong rubber exterior that can withstand continuous chewing while remaining soft enough to bounce around in a game of fetch.
We’ll admit that the first time We tried filling it with KONG treats paste, it got a little messy — but it’s completely worth it if you have a specific place (like a cage or outside environment) where you’re ready to get a little dirty. Even if you don’t, this toy is completely adjustable in that the paste may be replaced with kibble, peanut butter, or goodies.
The toy is dishwasher-clean and freezer safe if you want to keep your pooch cool in hot weather. The KONG Classic Kong toy for dogs is designed for ordinary chewers and is available in six sizes, but you can also check out KONG’s Extreme version of the toy, which is designed for heavier chewers, as well as gentler ones for teething pups and seniors.
2. KONG Classic Extreme
The Kong Standard Extreme is a harder variant of the standard Kong designed for strong chewers. The best part is that it’s dishwasher safe (as are many other Kongs), making cleanup a breeze. Rubber is non-toxic and BPA-free. Simple to stuff with your dog’s favorite treats.
Extra bouncy materials provide hours of fetching fun. Made in the United States of materials sourced from throughout the world. There are five sizes available, ranging from small to XXL.
It is reasonably priced and provides hours of entertainment for less. The tough rubber can withstand even the most ferocious chewers. Like the Classic Kong, pup parents appreciate the ability to freeze this toy, enhancing the chewing difficulty of hidden treats.
3. Nylon KONG Toy
Who doesn’t enjoy a good game of tug of war? The Wubba toy is wonderful for tug or retrieving exercises (not to mention a great option if you’re seeking a toy without filling).
It has a tough nylon shell that houses two balls at the top, one of which squeaks, and tentacles at the bottom. our dog enjoyed chewing on the tennis ball piece and attempting (but failing) to tear out the squeaker.
Some other dogs, on the other hand, enjoyed ruffling through the tentacles and carrying them around the house with her to snuggle with.
Many of our reviewers have commented that it can withstand intense chewing and lasts longer than most plush choices and it’s one of the best kong toys for puppies.
4. KONG Squeezz Ring
The Kong Squeezz Ring is constructed of tooth-friendly rubber that is pliable enough to chew comfortably while yet being sturdy enough to withstand teeth. It’s full of concealed interior squeakers to keep your four-footer delighted.
Made of non-toxic, long-lasting rubber. Squeaky sounds excite dogs. The dishwasher is safe only on the top rack. While it is not intended for heavy chewers, it is durable enough for typical chompers.
The squeak is quite loud in comparison to other toys, which pleases squeaker fans. Its bouncy nature makes it ideal for fetch activities.
5. KONG Tennis Balls With Squeakers
These KONG tennis balls were in high demand at the pet store. Customers with water dogs (such as retrievers and spaniels) appreciated that they were inexpensive and light enough to float.
They are constructed of non-abrasive felt that is gentle on your dog’s teeth and includes a squeaker to excite your dog’s attention even more.
While these toys are ideal for active dogs who like to play catch during supervised play, they are not something you want to leave with your pet unsupervised because chewing canines can destroy them.
